When were angels created?

Following up from this week's discussion, here are two similar viewpoints on the creation of angels. The first takes a young Earth viewpoint and the second presents the possibility of an old Earth view.

I think apologetics press does a good job of explaining what we can draw out of scripture and where we should be agnostic.
"we know that angels must have been created on or before the first day of creation"

Here is an article in general on time and creation in which Craig critique's Brian Leftow's view that a temporal God cannot be the Creator of the universe.
